Plot data
Project: What is the name of the project?
Priority: What is the level of urgency?
Reach: How many customers would be impacted within a certain time frame?
Impact: On a scale of 1-5, how would you rate the impact of this project?
Confidence: Your level of confidence in the project’s desired impact.
Effort: On a scale of 1-5, how easy or difficult the project will be.
