Mike Cannon-Brookes

CEO & Co-Founder, Atlassian

Mike Cannon-Brookes is the CEO of Atlassian, a company he co-founded alongside his university friend, Scott Farquhar, in 2002 from Sydney, Australia. Over the next 20+ years, they built Atlassian to be a leader in collaboration software, focused on unleashing the potential of teams around the world. Today Atlassian has over 300,000 customers across all company sizes and industry sectors.

Mike is responsible for the overall strategic direction and product strategy for Atlassian. He continues to grow Atlassian’s product portfolio, which started as a bug-tracking tool for developers called Jira, to a suite of solutions to support every type of team.

Mike is on the Board of Directors for a number of organisations including Blackbird Ventures and is the Chair-Elect of Room to Read, a non-profit committed to improving literacy and gender equality in education in the developing world. A passionate clean energy evangelist, he continues to invest in sustainable solutions through Grok Ventures, and his philanthropic initiative, Boundless Earth. He is also a member of Australia’s Nation Brand Advisory Council and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of New South Wales’ School of Computer Science and Engineering.

Mike is a global technology leader, passionate philanthropist and a sporting enthusiast, with minority ownership in sporting teams including the South Sydney Rabbitohs (Australian national rugby league team) and Utah Jazz (NBA team).

Rajeev Rajan

Chief Technology Officer, Atlassian

Rajeev Rajan is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Atlassian. Rajeev joined the company in May 2022 and is responsible for Atlassian Engineering, IT, Security and Trust, and the Engineering Operations teams. His focus areas include the company's continued transformation to Cloud, Developer Platform, and Product lines. Additionally, he is passionate about continuing to develop Atlassian’s world-class engineering organization and making it a top choice for aspiring engineering talent worldwide.

A long-time resident of Washington state, Rajeev previously acted as the Vice President and Head of Engineering for Facebook and Head of Office for Meta in the Pacific Northwest Region.

Prior to Meta, Rajeev spent more than two decades with Microsoft, first joining as an intern in 1994. During his time there, he worked on many products, culminating in Office 365 where he built and led the team responsible for all of the Cloud Infrastructure for Office 365.

Rajeev is married with two children and a spunky yellow lab named Rayna. He is very involved in and passionate about a number of efforts that uplift the local community, ranging from the arts to STEM programs.

Bree Davies

Enterprise Strategy and Planning Head of Product, Atlassian

Bree Davies has been in the product management world for over 15 years and is passionate about helping teams to build (the right) experiences through strong relationships with enterprise customers. Prior to joining Atlassian in 2017, Bree worked for Nickelodeon, Qantas and as a consultant, where she supported customers such as PayPal, Telstra and AustralianSuper.
