Originally from Germany, she now resides in Sydney where she spends her free time enjoying the beaches and hunting for the city’s best coffee.

John Sorensen

John is an experienced Solution Engineer and Partner Enablement Consultant with an extensive IT Asset and Service Management background. He first specialized in deployment of IT infrastructures and now focuses in utilizing data as foundation for making informed business decisions, e.g., software license optimization initiatives, Cloud migration and optimization initiatives, etc. John is ITIL and FinOps certified and has an extensive background in automation and service assurance from previous positions and has been contributing to ITIL and ITAM best practice publications.
