Hersh Iyer is a Senior Principal Product Manager at Atlassian, where he leads platform and data strategy. His current focus is on defining what makes an AI-ready data platform and translating that strategy into foundational capabilities that power AI experiences. He has helped shape and launch key initiatives, including Atlassian’s Teamwork Graph, which underpins products like Rovo.

Prior to Atlassian, Hersh held product leadership roles at Amazon, where he worked on Alexa, across machine learning, automation, and multi-modal UI. Hersh holds an MBA from NYU Stern and an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech.
