Over the past 14 years, he’s held roles like Software Delivery Pipeline Consultant and Operations Solutions Engineer, honing his skills in technical support and system management. Recently, he’s led Atlassian-specific security workshops and talks for admins and developed AI enablement offerings for customers. He leads projects that span multiple departments, emphasizing collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
