How much does Jira Service Management Cloud vs Data Center cost?
  

If you’re an existing Server or Data Center customer interested in migrating to Cloud, we’ve built a personalized calculator to give you a side-by-side view of costs based on the Server products you own.

How does the Cloud migration trial work?
  

We offer the Cloud migration trial to Jira Service Management Data Center customer with a commercial or academic license for 11 or more users. This trial can last up to 12 months and will match the duration and user tier of your current Data Center license, up to a maximum of 20,000 users.

Customers with a Starter tier (10 users or less) or Community license are not eligible for this trial.
