Data Center is Atlassian’s self-managed offering, available for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd.

The end of life for impacted Data Center products will take place on March 28, 2029 at 23:59 PST. Data Center subscriptions and any associated Marketplace apps will expire on this date, making Data Center products and apps read-only.

Starting February 2, 2021 PT, Priority Support will be included with your Data Center subscription to Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, or Crowd. It will also be included with your Bitbucket Data Center subscription for customers with 251 or more users (the 500 user tier and above). 

If you already own Priority Support, you will no longer have to pay for it after February 2, 2021 PT.

In Atlassian Cloud, user management and SSO capabilities are included in any Atlassian cloud app you buy with Atlassian Guard Standard, and centralized across all Atlassian apps in a single unified Atlassian Administration app.

Atlassian Guard Standard is considered the closest functional equivalent to Crowd in the cloud environment. It offers centralized user management, SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, enforced 2SV, and other enterprise-grade identity features.
